Since 1978, العم مشمش has been serving the finest baladi grills in Alexandria. We started from our Shads branch with one dream — to let everyone taste authentic baladi food with quality that never changes.
We invented dishes nobody made before — meat baklava and grilled basbousa became our trademark. Our meats are 100% fresh baladi daily, grilled over natural charcoal with 45+ years of expertise.
